Young-Sung Park

Young-Sung Park is General Manager in the Global Business Department of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the power sector, with expertise in electricity distribution, utility operations, and overseas energy business development. Since 2024, he has served as General Manager for KEPCO's overseas business. Previously, he was General Manager in Distribution Construction and Operation from 2021 to 2024, following a decade as Senior Manager in the Overseas Business Division. Earlier in his career, he held management positions in Distribution Construction and Operation and began his professional career as a Researcher at the Korea Institute of Energy Research.

Mr. Park is pursuing a doctorate in electrical engineering at Chonnam National University, which he expects to complete in August 2026. He holds a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Chungbuk National University in the Republic of Korea. His professional expertise includes power distribution systems, electricity infrastructure development, utility operations, and international energy projects.
