You Ji

You Ji serves as the Consulting Team Leader for a Project Management Consulting (PMC) firm supporting an Asian Development Bank (ADB)-financed project in the People’s Republic of China. In this role, he provides overall leadership and technical oversight for project implementation, ensuring alignment with ADB requirements and national development priorities. 

With extensive experience in project management and infrastructure or sectoral development, You Ji coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages stakeholder engagement, and oversees planning, procurement, and execution processes. He works closely with government counterparts, ADB project officers, and local partners to ensure timely delivery, compliance with safeguards and quality standards, and effective achievement of project outcomes.
