Yoonjae Song

Yoonjae Song is a Deputy Manager in the Department of Health Screening at the National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) of Korea. Since 2024, she has been responsible for the planning and operational management of the Mental Health Psychological Counseling Voucher Program, overseeing program design, inter-agency collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, local governments, and key mental health institutions including the National Mental Health Center and regional mental health welfare centers. 

She has led quality management initiatives, including the design and management of a commissioned research project aimed at evaluating program effectiveness and establishing a service-monitoring framework, as well as the development of standardized counseling manuals and training programs for service providers. 

In March 2026, she served as a lecturer at an NHIS-hosted capacity-building training program in Korea, delivering sessions on Korea's Health Screening system and Health Promotion Programs for health officials from Armenia in collaboration with the World Bank.
