Yoon Lee

Yoon is the External Relations Manager at the EAAFP Secretariat, where she leads resourcing strategy and external partnerships. With over a decade of experience in development organizations, she has managed environmental and development programs across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, focusing on climate change, biodiversity, and poverty reduction. Prior to joining EAAFP, she worked at the UNDP Rwanda Country Office, the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in Rwanda, and the World Bank in Washington, D.C., overseeing project management, monitoring & evaluation, and donor relations in the environmental sector. She holds a Master of International Relations and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University, USA.
