Yevang Nhiavue

Yevang Nhiavue is in charge of Energy Analysis and Electricity tariff study and is involved as a technical member in drafting the Lao PDR's National Energy Policy, National Power Development Plan and New Electricity Tariff Study for 2019- 2025. He was served as a coordinator for many projects related to power sector development under international’s Aid, namely: Public Participation, Collaboration, and Conflict Transformation, and the Lao PDR Power Sector Reform Strategies Development; Enhancing Financial Sustainability of the Power Sector in Lao PDR and Developing a Suitable Power Tariff Regime; Vulnerability Assessment and Integrated Resource and Resilience Planning for the Power Sector Development of Lao PDR, which is now under ongoing and supported by USAID Clean Power Asia Program; and the Least Cost Planning for National Power Development Plan which was supported by the World Bank
