Xenia Scheil-Adlung

Xenia Scheil-Adlung is Senior Health Policy Coordinator at the International Labour Organization. She focuses on global health and long-term care policies, particularly financing and coverage through social protection. She also works on universal health coverage policies including health and long-term care workforce issues. Ms. ScheilAdlung is a member of various international boards and scientific committees and acts as an academic referee on health and long-term care policies. She previously worked with the Federal Government of Germany as Head of Division and Political Advisor in the Ministries of Health and Social Affairs dedicated to health and social protection policies. She has a PhD in Economics and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Universities of Munich and Berlin, Germany.
