Wayne Hatcher reviously worked in various capacities at Opus International Consultants for more than two decades, including Principal Consultant for Global Asset Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a master’s degree in Technology (Pavements) from Deakin University.
