Profile / Bio

Mr. Ngo Quang Vinh is a Social Sector Officer at the Asian Development Bank. He is the focal person in Viet Nam Resident Mission for the human and social development sector. He is now the project team leader for a local health care sector development program in Viet Nam and a team member for a technical assistance for non-communicable diseases and mental health. 

Mr. Vinh worked at Foreign Trade University in Hanoi as a lecturer for 10 years and at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore as a researcher for over 2 years. Then he was an Economist and Regulatory Reform Advisor with a USAID-funded project, a National Project Officer with the International Labour Organization in Hanoi, and a Project Development Director cum Head of University Counselling and Career Guidance with Wellspring International School before joining ADB in 2017. His educational background is in economics with two master's degrees from Hanoi Foreign Trade University and the National University of Singapore.
