Vikas Gaba

Vikas Gaba is the Partner, Power & Utilities, KPMG in India. He has over 14 years of experience working across the South Asia region with leading donor agencies and public sector institutes in designing power markets and policy & regulatory reforms. His expertise includes renewable energy, policy & regulatory reforms, energy efficiency, smart grid, corporate planning & governance processes, institutional capacity development, and people management as part of larger reform initiatives.

He has experience managing several large power sector programs and is currently leading the Power Sector Reforms Programme and Smart Grid program with DFID and USAID respectively in India. Prior to joining KPMG, he worked as an Associate Director in AF - Mercados – EMI. He has done his Master’s in Business Economics and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
