Vicky Tan has nearly 19 years of development experience working at the ADB, spanning areas in financial sector reforms, private sector investments, infrastructure development, regional cooperation and integration, and communications. Prior to leading the ADB’s Department of Communications, Ms. Tan was the Budget Director of the ADB. Ms. Tan is a national of the Philippines. She holds an MBA and a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines. Prior to joining ADB, Ms. Tan held senior positions in corporate planning and management information systems, and controllership functions of foreign commercial banks.
She left her position in ADB in January 2021.
