Venkat Bhargav Sreedhara

Venkat Bhargav Sreedhara is a Financial Sector Specialist with the South Asia team of the World Bank. He works on development financing and technical assistance projects across financial sector issues such as climate finance, MSME access to finance, housing finance, fintech and others. He has worked on several large projects with the Government of India on green hydrogen, climate finance and MSME financing. Previously, Venkat worked with the Reserve Bank of India on financial regulation and supervision for banks and NBFCs, and with the Ministry of Finance on supporting the Finance track during India’s G20 Presidency in 2023.
