Profile / Bio: 

Vaibhav is the CEO and co-founder at S4S Technologies, India. With a background of a Ph.D. in agri-food processing and management training at IIM-A, he started S4S as a full-stack food processing company. S4S manufactures and sells food ingredients to FMCG and the foodservice industry. The S4S supply chain is based on village-level procurement and food processing platforms run by women entrepreneurs. The supply chain creates a win-win for farmers, women entrepreneurs, and B2B food customers.

United Nations Environment Leadership Awardee, Vaibhav's deep engineering approach combined with innovative business models has helped S4S to lead the space of farm gate food factories. He holds multiple patents in food processing and renewable energy. Coming from a rural background and moving to entrepreneurship, he looks at building a business that has five key pillars: 1. Serve customers 2. Scale rapidly 3. Crate impact on people and the environment 4. Build team 5. Profitability

With his dynamic leadership, S4S brought together a range of private, government, and agri value chain members under a single umbrella and nurtured high-level intrapreneurship at S4S Technologies.
