Tiueti Fangupo-Kaihau

Tiueti Fangupo-Kaihau is a civil engineering professional from Tonga with extensive experience in road maintenance, transport infrastructure, and public sector project delivery. She currently serves as the Acting Director  within the Road Maintenance Division of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Tonga, where she contributes to infrastructure planning, contract administration, and the implementation of road improvement works that support national connectivity and community resilience.

She is committed to advancing practical, sustainable, and resilient infrastructure solutions for her communities. Her professional interests include transport systems, climate-resilient infrastructure, and engineering approaches that improve safety, accessibility, and long-term development outcomes.
