Ms. Ting Ying Lin is an investment professional specializing in sustainable finance and private sector investment and capital mobilization. Ting Ying works on investment oriented private sector development initiatives, contributing analytical and operational expertise across investment evaluation, financing solutions, and commercial viability in emerging markets. Her work focuses on advancing market based, sustainable investment solutions and strengthening the investment readiness and performance of entities across the region. Ting-Ying leads ADB’s regional technical assistance Program to Enhance Commercialization and Financial Sustainability of State-Owned Enterprises in the Central and West Asia Region as well as the development of ADB’s private sector development plan in Tajikistan.
