Dr. Tiantian Li (Aka. Stanley Li) is the founder and chairman of DXY. Established in 2000, DXY has evolved into China's most prominent and active online community for medical professionals. It offers high-quality academic support to more than 4 million licensed Chinese physicians, achieving over 92% nationwide coverage.

Tiantian Li graduated from the Clinical Medicine of Harbin Medical University in 1999 and pursued a master's in Tumor Immunology at the same institution. In 2006, he gave up his doctoral studies in Neurology to focus on his business full-time. He is now a member of the health expert group of the Belt and Road Initiative Action Platform of the United Nations Global Compact, a temporary consulting member in the Digital Health Strategy for the World Health Organization/West Pacific Region Office (WHO/WPRO), the Vice President of the Internet Medical Health of the China Non-Public Medical Institutions Association, and the Vice President of the m-Health of the China Information Association.

He now holds guest professorships at the Harbin Medical University and the AnTai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His diverse affiliations include being the Vice President of the Zhejiang Health Services Industry Promotion Association, Vice President of the Heilongjiang Province Health Industry Association, director of the Zhejiang Merchants General Association, council member of the Zhejiang Province Private Hospital Association, and director of the Alumni Association of Harbin Medical University and Peking Union Medical College.
