With more than 22 years of successful engagement with coastal fisheries & communities, Thomas has a diverse background in Blue Economy development. He is especially knowledgeable about all aspects of seafood, from reef to plate, having worked alongside stakeholders throughout the value chain. Thomas is an expert facilitator connecting private sector investment with quality projects, aiming to support impact through long-term partnerships. He has excellent knowledge of seafood sustainability & social certification schemes, carbon calculation, supply chain analysis & data interpretation. He has expertly liaised with multiple stakeholders; private sector, indigenous groups, industry, NGOs, government, & coastal communities in North America, Asia, the Indian Ocean, & Europe.
