Thierry Linares

Thierry has over 20 years of experience managing the various components of project controls, both on contractor and client side. As such, Thierry has developed a comprehensive knowledge of issues relating to cost, scheduling, procurement, risk and contract management within the construction project industry. He worked on greenfield onshore oil&gas, offshore modular process, mining and port projects, road rail bridges and tunneling civil infrastructures, and power generation plants from engineering to commissioning, and has a large experience of technical and industrial problematics.

He is also used to working with standard contracts and has acquired experience and expertise in their implementation and management (French CCAG, NEC, FIDIC), as well as a neutral party adjudicator, dispute board member and is a trained arbitrator.
