Profile / Bio: 

An HR Leader with over 15+ years of comprehensive human resources experience including cultural transformation, talent management, reward management, end-to-end HR operations and change management. I have proven experience of collaborating with organization leaders and BoDs to conduct Human Resources strategic planning in order to support and further corporate goals.

Possesses broad knowledge of human resources specially compensation in a variety of sectors in union and non-union environments and Fortune 500 with a large number of employees. Demonstrated strong leadership, ownership and responsibility in achieving corporate business objectives.

With my current role I have taken up the challenge to transit JS Bank into an Agile and model Digital HR Department. So far the going is fantastic with a strong focus on cultural transformation that aids people development and growth. I have been blessed with a fantastic pool of talent as my team which is making the journey absolutely delightful. I believe in HR in field, partnering with business and initiatives with measured ROIs. Always on the side of change.

My previous role as Head of Talent Management & GM HRBP required me to build strong relationships across the business, drive strategic thinking around the people and talent programs required to support a digital transformation, work with leadership to understand existing talent capabilities, assessing gaps and risks, then propose and execute strategic programs to accelerate associates' capabilities and careers.

My previous roles in K Electric and Reckitt Benckiser (RB) in the domain of Reward & Policy lead the delivery of key reward programmes across Pakistan, counsels both the business and country HR teams on matters related to Compensation, Benefits and Mobility. The focus of these roles were on the establishment of Compensation strategy to ensure the attraction, retention and engagement of top talent.

Prior to that I was associated with HRS Global for the last 07 years. HRSG has a full repertoire of HR services which includes Manpower outsourcing, Recruiting, Consulting, Training and Business Process Outsourcing. I was the youngest HR Manager and National HR Service Delivery Manager of the Group.
