Senior Advisor, Sustainable Ocean Business UN Global Compact Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Suzanne serves as a Senior Advisor to the UN Global Compact's Sustainable Ocean Business platform and its work to advance a more productive and sustainable ocean. She is also head of the Lloyd's Register Foundation's Sustainability Program. She has wide ranging experience in the energy sector, having previously worked for energy and water companies in government and regulatory affairs, investor relations and finance. Her energy sector experience also includes investment management, where she was responsible for utilities fixed income for Schroder Investment Management. Suzanne has served as special assistant to former Ambassador Jeane Kirkpatrick, former U.S. permanent representative to the United Nations at the American Enterprise Institute. Suzanne is interested in advancing the private sector’s contribution towards the Sustainable Development Goals. She is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Governor of the Ditchley Foundation, a member of the William Pitt circle at Chatham House and is a Trustee for UK Associates of the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences.
