He was formerly Director of Innovative Procurement, Procurement Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the UK, and Director of the Global Procurement Support Team. Mr. Kim has worked for over 16 years at the Public Procurement Service (PPS) of Korea, focusing on policy and management on public procurement. He handled key responsibilities in e-procurement system planning and management, and in Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) operations. He has a strong expertise in policy design, innovative procurement, and public procurement reform.
