She is member of the First National Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Professional Levels of Social Workers, deputy secretary-general of the China Association for Social Work Education and Director of the Commission for Older Social Work, Executive Director of the Beijing Association of Social Workers and Special Professor of the Open University of China.
She is also the editorial board of ' Shenzhou Pension ' magazine, and has been serving as a consultant to ten practical institutions in many parts of the country. As members of the expert group, she participated in many work of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the former National Population and Family Planning Commission to promote the professionalization and specialization of social work. Including the Ministry of Civil Affairs ' elderly social work service guide ' (MZ/T 064-2016) industry standard formulation work.
Her main research areas are comprehensive assessment of service needs and social support for the elderly, mental health, community governance, professionalization, and specialization of social work. She has presided over ten tenders and commissioned projects of the National Social Science Fund, Beijing Social Science Fund, Ministry of Civil Affairs, Development Research Center of the State Council, UNESCO, Asian Development Bank and other organizations.
