He has led technical advisory projects for governments, utilities, regulators, and development partners across Australia, Southeast Asia, and other international markets. Dr. Thorncraft holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and has extensive expertise in electricity-sector reform, market modelling, regulatory frameworks, and energy-transition initiatives.
