Integrity Specialist, Office of Anticorruption and Integrity, ADB Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Steven Wong is an Integrity Specialist of Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI) since 2020. He is part of the Investigations Division within OAI and investigates allegations of integrity violations (including corruption, fraud, coercion, collusion) committed by external parties on ADB-related activities. Prior to joining ADB, Steven conducted reviews, audits and investigations at or for international organizations in the development sector for over 10 years. This involved performing missions in over 30 countries spanning Africa, Asia, North and South America, and Europe. Steven holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and a master’s degree from the University of Leeds. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
