Soteria Noaese

Soteria Noaese is a senior public procurement professional in Samoa, serving as Assistant Chief Executive Officer for the Procurement Division/Procurement Monitoring Division within the Ministry of Finance.

Her work supports Samoa’s public procurement system, including the Government Tenders Board, procurement compliance, policy oversight, and institutional coordination across government agencies.
