Scott Morris

Mr. Scott Morris currently oversees operations in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific at the Asian Development Bank. He brings over 25 years of experience in international economic policy, specializing in development finance and debt policy. Before ADB, he was a Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Development, where he focused on multilateral and bilateral development finance for low-income and climate-vulnerable countries. Mr. Morris also held senior roles in the US government, including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Development Finance and Debt at the US Treasury.
