Savannah Dantin is Director and Lead Consultant at Pacific Resilience Consulting, bringing disaster risk management expertise to localisation strategy and community resilience. She holds a Masters in Disaster Risk Management & Development and advises Pacific governments, and private businesses on disaster risk management and emergency preparedness, combining policy experience with operational understanding. She recently led development of the PHWP Localisation Strategy for Pacific Community (SPC), a multi-year framework targeting the phased handover of humanitarian warehousing leadership to local Pacific nations across 14 countries and Timor-Leste, using evidence-based approaches to translate policy into institutional practice.
