Satyam leads the Social Sector practice for Strategy & Transaction solutions for government clients in India for Ernst & Young LLP. A Fellow in Management (PhD equivalent) from IIM Ahmedabad with a specialization in Public Private Partnerships, he also holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from IIT Madras. With over 18 years of experience, he has structured marquee PPP projects across healthcare, core infrastructure sectors, and other social sectors in India, Africa, the Middle East, and South East & Central Asia.
