Sara Dhilhan Vais

Ms. Vais brings over nine years of professional experience in accounting and project management, including two years with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). She currently serves as Senior Operations Assistant at the Sri Lanka Resident Mission, where she supports portfolio management and programming activities. Her expertise spans accounting, finance, and project management, strengthened by diverse roles across international organizations. Before joining ADB, she worked as an Assistant Manager at the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), contributing to the implementation of Korean government–funded projects. She also served as a Finance and Administration Consultant at the Global Water Partnership South Asia regional office. She holds a BBA (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, and an MSc in Project Management from Asia e University. She is also pursuing the CMA ANZ certification
