Mr. Santiago Cornejo is the Executive Manager of the Regional Revolving Funds at the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), where he oversees pooled procurement mechanisms supporting equitable access to vaccines and essential medicines across the Americas. He previously served as Director of Country Engagement at the COVAX Facility, playing a key role in coordinating global vaccine allocation and delivery to over 100 countries during the COVID-19 pandemic. With more than two decades of experience in public health, Mr. Cornejo has worked extensively on immunization financing, procurement strategies, and global health security. He brings a strong track record of forging partnerships between governments, donors, and development banks to strengthen access to medical countermeasures and enhance pandemic preparedness in low- and middle-income countries.
