Sang-young Park is a water resource management specialist with a background in integrated water resource management (IWRM), smart water management, and climate change mitigation measure. He worked at Korea Water Forum as an Executive Director and ADB Indonesian Residence Mission as an international consultant. Currently, he works for the Korea-Mekong Water Resources Management Research Center, which promotes and improves the Mekong-Republic of Korea cooperation on sustainable and integrated water resources management.
