Profile / Bio:
Samuel Tumiwa is currently Advisor, SDCC and Chief, Fragile and Conflict-Affected Situations in ADB. He has worked as Director of Afghanistan Resident Mission of ADB and has first-hand experience of implementing development projects and programs in conflict affected situation. Sam will chair and moderate the webinar session. He will also present a brief on ADB’s role as Senior Chair of the MDB Platform for Economic Migration and Forced Displacement and will introduce the working groups that has been formed on the MDB Platform to coordinate the related work within ADB.
