Nazrul Islam has been working for about 30 years at different levels in the Local Government Engineering Department in Bangladesh, dealing with the improvement of livelihood, living conditions, and communication for the people/communities especially poor and women through interventions of infrastructures with institutional capacity and community development in urban, rural, and small-scale water sectors.
