r. Ronald Meketa is currently the Managing Director of the National Energy Authority. Ronald holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Sriwijyaya, in South Sumatra, Indonesia and has been involved in decision making on projects in Australia and Papua New Guinea engaging in mining and oil gas industry during his professional career for almost 2 decades working in Operations. Ronald is also the Board Member for the Mineral Resources Development Company (MRDC) and was the Chief Inspector for Oil and Gas, with Department of Petroleum before assuming his role at the National Energy Authority.
