Director, Policy Planning Research and Development Profile / Bio Reetina Katokita holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, and currently serves as Director of Policy, Planning, Research, and Development at the Ministry of Education. She leads the development of high-level education policies and the Education Sector Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with the Government planning cycle and national development priorities. She also oversees the Ministry’s Facility Management Unit and supervises the Equitable Access to Quality Education Project (EAQEP), funded by GPE and ADB.
