Over her career, she has held several key administrative and leadership roles at both district and state levels, including District Collector of Nabarangpur and Sundargarh, where she led initiatives to improve livelihoods, agriculture, and public service delivery. She has also served as Director of Employment and Chief Executive Officer of the Odisha Skill Development Authority, contributing to workforce development and skills training systems.
