Dr. Rafaelita M. Aldaba is the Strategic Advisor of the Department of Education’s Center for AI Research (ECAIR) and the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) Council Secretariat. She also serves as an Emeritus Fellow at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS). Prior to her current appointment, she was one of the longest serving undersecretary of Philippines Department of Trade and Industry.
