Profile / Bio: 

She is the deputy director-general of the National Climate Centre of China. She is well experienced in climate risk research, operation systems development, and disaster prevention. She chairs the Scientific Basis of the fourth China Climate Change Assessment. She is the co-chair of the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS) Study Group. She serves as the chief scientist of National Key R & D project between 2018-2022. She has been engaged in the Chinese delegation of the UNFCCC and IPCC negotiation since 2004.
