Qin Yuelin

Mr. Qin Yuelin currently serves as the Dean of Academic Affairs at Chongqing University of Science and Technology (CUST). With extensive experience in undergraduate education management and laboratory development, he has spearheaded multiple projects at his institution, including laboratory planning and construction, talent innovation enhancement, and faculty teaching capacity improvement. Most of these initiatives were implemented with support from Asian Development Bank (ADB) loans. During this event, Mr.Qin will delve into strategies for fostering high-quality economic growth through innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship education.
