Qiaoyin Yang

Qiaoyin Yang works with Huawei Technologies as a senior industry solution manager and leads various standardization groups on the adoption of ICT to the electric power industry, including CIGRE D2/B5.67, IEEE P2815 Technical specification for smart transformer terminal, and IEEE P2413.2 Reference architecture for Power Distribution IoT. Qiaoyin worked for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. as a lead integration and automation engineer from 2012 to 2018. She led many electric power system automation and control product designs. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Washington, USA, and an IEEE senior member. She holds four patents and has authored many publications.
