Mr. Phonethavy Thammavongso joined the Disaster Prevention Division of the Social Welfare Department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, Lao PDR in 2014. He currently serves as a technical officer responsible for disaster information. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at the National University of Laos.
