Phil Jordan

Phil Jordan is the Director of Sustainability & Delivery at Scenic Group, where he leads the integration of sustainability across global cruise and touring operations. With over a decade of experience at Scenic, Phil has held senior operational and regional leadership roles, including General Manager for Asia, providing deep insight into tourism operations across Southeast Asia.

Phil’s work spans sustainability strategy, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on responsible tourism, local procurement, and community partnerships. In parallel, Phil is the founder of Hills 4 Hearts, a not-for-profit initiative supporting community health outcomes in Vietnam, reflecting a long-standing commitment to social impact in the region.
