Paul Crilley is a Chartered Telecommunications Engineer (C.Eng, MIET) with over 35 years of international experience in ICT, digital infrastructure and rural broadband across Asia, Africa, and Europe. He specializes in practical, financially sustainable connectivity solutions for underserved and remote regions, drawing on deep field expertise in fibre networks, satellite systems, wireless access, mobile technologies and critical ICT facilities. His work focuses on shared-infrastructure strategies, digital inclusion, community-centric connectivity models and scalable last-mile solutions for schools, clinics and public institutions. Through multiple assignments he has promoted a socialenterprise approach that blends commercial sustainability with measurable social impact.
