Panisa Harnpathananun

Panisa Harnpathananun is Senior Division Director of Higher Education Innovation and Future Skills Development at the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO), where she leads initiatives to align higher education systems with emerging workforce demands and technological transformation. She plays a key role in shaping policies and programs that promote innovation-driven learning, strengthen university–industry linkages, and equip graduates with future-ready skills.

With a strong background in education policy and strategic planning, Ms. Harnpathananun has contributed to advancing national agendas on human capital development, digital transformation, and lifelong learning. Her work focuses on fostering adaptive, inclusive, and forward-looking education systems that respond to evolving economic needs and support Thailand’s transition to a knowledge-based, innovation-led economy.
