Osman Nasir

Osman is a technology strategist with expertise in product development, global sales, and business expansion across New Zealand, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Singapore. As Managing Director of Pakistan Software Export Board (2020-22), he led Pakistan’s first National IT Export Enhancement Framework, driving 80% export growth ($1.4B to $2.6B) and establishing 19 Software Technology Parks. He developed country’s umbrella branding program of TECH destiNATION PAKISTAN, which included a global marketing plan, an international business development, partnerships execution strategy with multiple countries, and a comprehensive international media engagement plan. He co-founded altnativ, an AI-powered customer experience platform, and serves as Chief Innovations Advisor at NASTP, shaping Pakistan’s Industry 4.0 strategy. Osman consults for ADB and USAID on digital transformation and holds certifications in Cloud, Blockchain, 5G, and Agile Project Management, with an MBA from Cardiff Business School.
