Site Engineer, McConnell Dowell, NZ Profile / Bio ‘Ofa Halatanu is a Site Engineer with McConnell Dowell, with experience in construction and marine infrastructure projects, including the Queen Salote International Wharf Upgrade in Nukuʻalofa, Tonga. She studied engineering in New Zealand and previously worked with Brian Perry Civil, where she progressed from intern to graduate engineer and then site engineer, gaining experience in piling and complex site-based construction.
