Senior Project Officer (Infrastructure), Sector Department 1, ADB Profile / Bio Donald Sinclair is part of the Transport Sector Group (SD1-TRA) at ADB’s Sri Lanka Resident Mission, where he oversees projects and initiatives in the transport sector. A civil engineer by profession, he holds an MBA from the University of Colombo, along with postgraduate diplomas in Development Studies and Project Management. Before joining ADB in 2012, he worked with the United Nations Office for Project Services, contributing to post-tsunami (2004) and post-conflict (2009) humanitarian and development programs in Sri Lanka. Beyond his transport sector work, he has also gained experience in the Urban and Water sectors, and has actively contributed to the Resident Mission’s initiatives on Digital Transformation and Innovation.
