Consultant, ADB Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Nidup Tshering works as a Social Development Consultant (GAD) for ADB in Bhutan. With a background in Development Management, he has been working with ADB for the last twelve years designing and implementing social projects. His recent works include the development of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) Blueprint for Bhutan. Prior to working for ADB, he worked with the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources looking after the management of (TVET) Institutes in Bhutan. Drawing from his broad range of experience in the social sector, he is passionate about gender equality and poverty alleviation in his country.
