Nevzat Yasar

Nevzat Yasar is a Field Procurement Officer at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Regional Hub of Ankara, with 17 years of experience in project procurement. He is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring project procurement activities in line with IsDB’s policies.

Prior to joining IsDB in 2020, he served for ten years as a Procurement Specialist at the Istanbul Project Coordination Unit (IPCU), managing goods, works, and consultancy procurements under World Bank, EIB, CEB, IsDB, and KfW guidelines.

Nevzat holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University.
