Natalia Kulichenko-Lotz

Natalia Kulichenko-Lotz is a Lead Energy Specialist in the Energy and Extractive Global Practice at the World Bank. Her work addresses energy sector policy dialogue and sector reform, energy access, power generation, transmission and distribution networks, as well as advanced energy technologies, including concentrating solar power and carbon capture and storage, and related policy and project development. She holds a PhD. in Chemical Engineering, MSc. in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA with specialization in international finance. Her technical expertise relates to energy policy and power generation technologies including thermal and renewable energy power generation, carbon capture and storage, and energy efficiency programs.
