Nana has more than 20 years of experience in the transport sector, including as Transport Specialist with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Transport Planner/Manager for traffic and safety with the Royal Automobile Association (RAA), and Executive Officer for the Chief Executive of the Department of Transport, Energy and Infrastructure in South Australia.

She has worked on a diverse range of countries across Asia and the Pacific, including Afghanistan (where she was based in 2018), Bhutan, China, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Nepal, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and Azerbaijan, covering logistics, roads, highways, railways, and urban transport with a particular focus on road safety, institutional reform, strategic policy development, and road asset management.

Nana is currently based in Sydney with the World Bank’s East Asia and Pacific Transport team, working in roads, aviation, and maritime sectors in Tuvalu, Samoa, and Fiji.

She left her position in ADB in June 2021.
